Today my guest is Charlie Tian. Charlie is author of the book Invest Like a Guru.  One of my favourite investing books.

Heavily invested in high flying technology stocks, he got absolutely pummelled in the dot com crash of 2000.  

As he picked up the pieces of his broken portfolio and analysed his errors, he discovered value investing.

In 2004 he created Gurufocus where he began tracking and sharing the portfolios of some of the world’s greatest investors. Since then he has moved to provide in-depth analysis of company financials and some amazing stock screeners.
