My guest is Dr Cate Howell. She’s a medical practitioner, therapist, educator, speaker and author. Cate has been trained in clinical hypnosis and cognitive behavioural therapy and she was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2012 for services to mental health. Her aim is to guide individuals towards hope and healing through purpose, meaning and happiness.
